SUMMARY

It is well known that Cape Coral suffers from an overzealous approach to its residential, single family zoning which spans from its inception in the 50’s. One of the many issues that this causes is that there is very little real estate focused on industry and manufacturing. This creates many further issues, one being that what little space for factories, workshops and general industrial is geared towards providing for the massively stretched residential population with little to no facilities focused on providing services outside of the Cape Coral area.

 

The vast majority of workshops, factories and other facilities are based around providing for the people of cape coral, builders yard, body shops, workshops for both cars and boats.
